Refund Policy

MediGuide offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every digital guide, flashcard deck and bundle sold on this website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Having downloaded or read the PDF does not disqualify you from a refund.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit https://paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout or your order number, or contact us through our contact page and we will pass the request on.

The amount is returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded guide in your online library ends and you should delete any downloaded copies.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
